Just as in our youth we created a new lexicon that our parents didn't get (from "boss" and "a gas" to "bad" meaning good), Millennials (born approximately 1981-1998) also known as GenY have developed their own lingo, oftentimes leaving us feeling less than "with it".
Pivot: As it sounds, this is when you switch as needed to ensure a successful outcome, as in pivoting from Plan A when it didn't work the way you thought it would, to Plan B.
Brain Dump: This one is much better than it sounds; it's the sharing of information, usually lots of it or complex info.
Band Width: This means the amount of information that can be handled at one time, just like your internet band width determines how much data you can down/upload at once.
